Spring has arrived!!!!!

It's so hard to tell that spring is just around the corner because all of this winter season has had hints of spring just about every other day! I have been so bad about posting new blogs this winter because I have been able to hunt and gather nearly every day and I have COLLECTED  a great variety and amount of "treasures" for the barn.

I will try to start getting photos of all of my latest "treasures" to get everyone as excited as I am about this junking year! I can't even begin to tell you about all of my exciting finds.

Saturday, October 29th 9-3

The "Fall Happening" at the barn is less than a week away! Hope you can all get out on this nice fall day for what will probably be the last opening of the year. The barn is full and stuffed with fun vintage, salvage and repurposed items for your home decor and many gift giving ideas. Bring a friend, enjoy some coffee, snacks and a real fun time with us at the barn!

                    Will there be a fall happening? Stay tuned...
    Fall is the perfect time of year, and what a great one this has been! Harvest is going great, the trees are full of color, and the weather has been exceptional ( I know...a little rain would be nice...but it's just hard to complain about perfect!).
   I am still watching the weather to determine if I will be open the 29th of October, be sure to stay tuned for the latest updates on that, but until then... just a few pictures from the barn.

   WOW! I just can't believe how time flies...summer is just slipping by. Sweltering hot days and just perfect days all mixed together - that's summer. I've spent a lot of time since the July opening squirreling away many "new" treasures for the next opening (September 24th).
   To kick off the beginning of the harvest season I will be at the JB Knacker side yard flea market on Saturday, August 27th. Check out the JB Knacker blogspot for all of the details. This should be a fun-filled weekend with area shops participating in the 1st annual "Shop Hop."
   Next week I will begin posting pictures of all of the "newest" treasures that will be in the shop for the September opening. Until then "Happy Junking."
