Finally...spring!!!!!
Spring always comes...
and we look forward to its warm days and green greens as everything starts anew.What a great time to start thinking about sprucing up the house...in with the new and out with the old. I can't wait each spring to throw open the windows and breathe in the fresh air. Country whites, fresh, silky curtains - billowy and free in the breezes...
a time to relax, put away the coats and heavy gear of winter...lighten up yourself and your home.

Holiday Junk Harvest Sale
Are you ready for the Holidays?
What a great time of year...all of the holidays that children wait for and dream about! That kid in me still gets excited each year to get out the decorations and all of the grandeur of the season. From Halloween to Thanksgiving to Christmas the days just leap and bound from one to the next. I am getting the shop ready for a Holiday themed opening and I can't wait! I will try to give you sneak peeks along the way until Saturday, November 10th 9-4 when I will throw open the doors for one
last (?) bash of 2012.

It's finally here...fall- the time of year that everyone waits for...those perfect days, cool nights ,gorgeous colors, and oh yeah!!! Junking!!!
Bring your friends, bring your trucks, and put on your walking shoes, it's time for the jaunt for junk in central Iowa. Barns, sheds, brick and mortars are all filled with the best primitives, vintage, and many re purposed items for your home and garden. This will be a hunt and gather weekend like no other.
The barn is overflowing with treasures galore, promising to be a fun day for all. Maps will be available to direct you to all of the other shops and occasional.

The Barn is located at 2035 205th St. Boone, Iowa. Traveling on Highway 30 between Boone and Ames turn north on U ave (by United Community School) travel 2.5 miles north, and then a half mile east on 205th St. From Boone, turn north on highway 17 and cross the railroad tracks by West Central Elevator and continue north half mile to 205th St., and then east on 205th one and a quarter mile. From Gilbert south on county line road turn west on E26, then south on V Ave. to 205th ( half mile west). From north 17 travel south to 205th St. (1.5 miles south of E26), then east on 205th St.Watch for signs. It's easier than it you think and you don't want to miss this sale!!!!!!!!!!
